Lodging at Ken Oak Resort
 Our
accommodations are excellent for families, reunions, large groups,
and sportsmen alike. Ken Oak Resort will accommodate up to 185
people and is ideal for your next gathering. As a special
feature for large groups, we offer several cottages with
inner-connecting doors. Along with large cottages, we also
offer motel rooms and small cottages for those who desire a more
intimate setting. All of our cottages, both large and small,
are designed and equipped with all the comforts and amenities of
home. Each of our kitchens are complete with microwave,
stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster,
dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and linens. Our Dining
Rooms have ample seating with table and chairs. Our Living
Rooms are complete with Cable TV with Remote Control, and a Sleeper
Sofa. Our cottages offer 1, 2, or 3 Bedrooms with comfortable
beds to sleep 1-16 people, with all bed linens and bath towels
furnished.

Policies
Each
additional person is $8.00.
Children 10 under stay free (limit of three free
children per cottage).
Rates do not include state or local taxes.
Check-in time: 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., Monday through
Saturday; 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
Late check-in available with prior notice only!
Reservations confirmed with first night's deposit
paid. Two night's deposit for a stay of five or more nights.
Two night minimum stay requirement - 3 or more nights on holiday
weekends or special event weekends.
Deposit refundable, less a 10%
handling charge if cancellation is made prior to two weeks before
arrival date. NO REFUND is available during 2 week period before
arrival date. NO refunds for early departures.
Well-behaved pets are allowed at $8 per pet, per night.
